Abstract/Technical Summary Format and Paper Submission Requirements

General Note: The selection-rejection decision for a paper is based on its originality, quality, relevance and completeness.

Paper Submission:

Authors are requested to submit an initial version of their paper in a format that is already appropriate for final submission, instead of submitting a traditional abstract/summary format.

The paper should consist of at least one page, however the program commitee highly recommends the submission of full length four page papers, including all illustrations. If their papers are selected, authors do not need to do anything further, although they have an option to submit a revised paper until the respective deadline for revised papers.

The paper submissions must conform to the sample formats provided here:

Submission Process:

Once the paper is completed, the authors are required to upload it:

  2. Enter the full title of the paper.

  5. Place the abstracts in the allotted space on the form.
